Claim of Lien Forms

Pursuant to § 713 of the Florida Statutes, a construction lien is a claim against real property by any person and/or company who provided labor, service and/or materials in the improvement of the real property in the State of Florida. Said person(s) and/or companies are known as Lienor(s) and are defined as contractors, sub-contractors, sub-subcontractors, laborers, material suppliers and professional lienors (architect, engineer, landscape architect, interior designer). A Claim of Lien must be filed within 90 Days of the last day of work, services, labor and/or the delivery of materials to said property.
